When we have secured a comprehensive brief on the job role and candidate required we will source a short-list of the most relevant candidates, at this point the client decides on the final short list and interviews accordingly, without incurring a fee. We can if you so wish also manage the whole recruitment process for you, including all subsequent interviews through to offer of employment, and liaising with candidates through to start date.

A fee only becomes due when a candidate introduced by Attitude Changes Everything is offered and accepts employment with you.
Fees are calculated as a % of the candidates’ guaranteed first year income.

This type of process means an exclusive assignment, utilising an advertisement with our details and logo but not identifying the client, or a similar advert clearly naming your company. We arrange and place the advert for you but naturally this is normally at the client's cost and to their approved size, design and layout. Alternatively your vacancy can be placed in a general advert that we pay for in our choice of media and location. Also all our vacancies are placed on our website under current vacancies and other internet recruitment sites.
