Personality profiling is used by many companies as part of their Recruitment process. Personality profiling is a technique used to create a structured description of an individual's personality. This is achieved in practice through the use of a personality questionnaire. The results of this questionnaire are then interpreted to provide useful information about a person's style of behavior and the ways they are likely to react in different situations. There are many forms of personality and behavioural profiling; Attitude Changes Everything uses the internationally recognised DISC version.
